Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) establishes the protocol by which LVMLabs (the “Organization”) collects, maintains, and discloses information derived from user interaction with the LVMLabs web domain and associated services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. MANDATORY ACCEPTANCE
By accessing the Service, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are strictly prohibited from further use of the Service and must terminate your session immediately.
2. DATA MINIMIZATION AND COLLECTION PROTOCOLS
The Service operates as a static architectural environment. The Organization’s data collection is restricted to the following:
2.1 Network Identifiers: The Organization’s hosting infrastructure may automatically log standard diagnostic metadata, including but not limited to: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser user-agents, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. This data is utilized exclusively for system administration, security auditing, and forensic analysis.
2.2 Voluntarily Provided Information: Any information transmitted to the Organization via electronic mail or formal contact channels is provided at the sole discretion of the user. The Organization shall retain such information only as necessary to fulfill the specific purpose of the communication.
3. INDEPENDENCE OF LEGAL ENTITY (SUBSIDIARY NOTICE)
NOTICE: LVMLABS OPERATES AS A DISTINCT LEGAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE ENTITY. PURSUANT TO THIS INDEPENDENCE, THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY EXCLUSIVELY TO LVMLABS. ACCEPTANCE OF THIS POLICY DOES NOT CONSTITUTE CONSENT, AGREEMENT, OR DATA-SHARING AUTHORIZATION WITH ANY SUBSIDIARIES, PARENT ORGANIZATIONS, OR AFFILIATED ENTITIES. EACH SUCH AFFILIATE CONSTITUTES A SEPARATE LEGAL BODY MAINTAINING INDEPENDENT PRIVACY PROTOCOLS. THE ORGANIZATION EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DATA HANDLING PRACTICES OF AFFILIATED ENTITIES.
4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
The Service does not employ persistent tracking cookies, web beacons, or cross-site analytical scripts. Any temporary session state managed by the user’s browser is local to the user’s device and is not ingested by the Organization for the purposes of behavioral profiling or advertising.
5. STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
5.1 COPPA: The Service is not directed toward individuals under the age of thirteen (13). The Organization does not knowingly solicit or collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII) from minors.
5.2 CCPA/CPRA: Pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act, residents of California may exercise their right to request disclosure or deletion of any personal data held by the Organization. Given the Service’s static nature, the Organization does not engage in the “sale” or “sharing” of personal data as defined under California law.
6. DATA INTEGRITY AND SECURITY
The Organization implements commercially reasonable technical safeguards to protect the Service. Notwithstanding these measures, the Organization provides no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the absolute security of data transmission over the internet. Users transmit information at their own risk.
7. JURISDICTION AND AMENDMENTS
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings arising from this Policy shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of Santa Clara County, California. The Organization reserves the unilateral right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice.
8. CONTACT
Inquiries regarding this Policy must be directed to the official communication channels designated on the Organization’s primary domain.
